Depending on what you like and what you are willing to spend you will have to go from there. My best recommendation is a prong rest. They are easy to use and for around twenty bucks you will be set. Silencing, string puffs or leeches are very needed. Sims lab have many great products for every part of your bow. Stabilizers aren't a necessity but they can help with weight distribution and silencing and that leads to better accuracy and a quiet bow. Which increase your odds of putting meat on the table.

Arrows

Find a shaft chart and then pick a brand you trust. Easton, Beman, Carbon express. (Easton is by far the most popular for archery supplies).
