By Robert B.

When you're looking for archery targets, there is more to consider than how big the bull's-eye is. There are many different types of archery targets on the market.

Foam targets are by far the most common style of archery targets available on the market. There are plenty different sizes of these available, from small portable targets with carrying handles, to heavier, less mobile targets. If you think your target is looking bad, you may not need an entire new one, but maybe only a replacement skirted face.

If you're looking for some archery targets that will stop most of your discount hunting arrows, then a bag target may be a better choice. Most of the newer bag targets have a synthetic filler that will stop all types of arrows with out damaging them.

Animal archery targets also make a good choice if you are looking for more realistic practice. These are usually smaller than your standard target, so if you're not accurate you may have to be looking for your discount hunting arrows.

The final thing to consider when buying a discount archery targets are their density, size, and style. The five dot targets a favorite among hunters, along with portable cube targets.

Practicing with the best targets can help to boost your confidence in the woods, so be sure to consider all of these options!
