MUSCATINE (AP) - State officials say a Muscatine man was shot in the foot by another man while deer hunting north of Muscatine over the weekend. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says Joseph Petersen was shot by Gary Lilienthal, of Coralville, on Sunday.
