U.S. Federal Court finds Taiwan ATV manufacturer defrauded distributor. A Federal Judge ruled in favor of U.S. powersports distributor, Dinli USA, LLC, awarding $45.6 million in damages against Dinli Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. located in Taichung, Taiwan.
