State issues hunting permit for mountain lion that killed goats in Gilroy (San Jose Mercury News)
A hunting permit has been issued for a mountain lion that killed five goats Friday on a farm near Gilroy, giving the goats' owner the right to hunt and kill the cat, a California Department of Fish and Game spokesman said today.
