2009 Venison Culinary Competition hosted by the Cervid Livestock Foundation (CLF) of the North American Deer Farmers Association (NADeFA)

The 2009 Venison Culinary Competition allows for each team to have three hours to plan and prepare two courses incorporating venison as the primary protein source. Ryan Laudenschlager and De'Andre Taley won First Place with their Venison Sausage and Arugula Salad in Parmesan Crisp, followed by Venison Chops with Madeira Sauce and Broccolini with Wild Mushrooms and Asiago Risotto on the side.
