More Merlin The Fishing Dog
Here are some more memories of my dog Merlin and the fishing trips we took. She loved fishing as much as I do and never wanted to be left home. I did learn that it was not a good idea to take her when I went wading the river. Snakes were too attractive to her and she would jump into any pool where I hooked a bass meaning no more bites there. But she was great in the boat.

Review: Eureka! Centerfire Sleeping Bag +15

Once upon a time, back in the long-lost 1980s, I found a wonderful sleeping bag, and bought it. Dad liked it so much that he bought one, too. We used them for years - heck, I still use mine whenever I'm at our camp in middle Georgia.

They're no longer available these days, so off & on I wondered if there was still a really good oversized sleeping bag on the market. Turns out, there is - and I like mine even better than my old original bag.

The Eureka Centerfire +15 sleeping bag is big, tough, comfy, and nice-looking. I really like mine. Check out the review to learn more.
