United States Concealed Carry Association founder Tim Schmidt announced that the United States Concealed Carry Association raised $12,436 for The Fisher House, a charity which helps wounded or ill soldiers recover by providing their family with a home near the military hospital in which to stay. Incredibly, this all came about from a chance encounter with a car bumper sticker. The Maine Chevrolet statewide ice fishing derby is scheduled for March 7,8. Adults and children may fish for togue, pike, pickerel and muskie on all Maine waters open to ice fishing.
